Jasmine's paragraph

The fact that Jesus died for me is the most amazing thing about it! Another thing is that I have never really seen an in-depth anatomy of the crucifixion. The place that the nail went in his hand was the most painful place to put it. It was very difficult for him to just breath. Also, He could have easily died during the beating or walking with the cross, but he kept going to show us how much he loved us.

Kim's Paragraph

Well... I really thought the specific facts about the crucifiction were fascinating and heart breaking. The beating that Jesus went through was horrendous. His crucifiers were brutal to him. It really pains me to think about the pain and sufferings that he endured because of me and my sins. It is hard to even think about.

then jesus ... died by:taylor:)

Well the fact that  he was crucified was pretty harsh. i simply love the the fact that i now know the uttermost details:/  its really sad. okay,so he had to strain his already pulped body to muster up the strenght to lift himself for maybe ..two ounces of air.. give er take. that  enrages me that man would do that to THEIR SAVIOR!!!! just pathetic! *sigh* jesus rocks and hes the reason all those traiters were given a second chance. gotta love him!!

      • Breaking legs speads death. It forces arms to do all the work, pulling victim up to exhale.
      • Jesus dies before breaking the legs becomes necessary.
  • Describe the “speared” phase.
    • speared:
      • Soldier confirms death by stabbing the heart.
      • By this time, shock has started separating blood into two basic elemants: cell clusters and amber-colored serum.
      • "Water" pours out of Jesus' chest- serum from inside and around the heart.
      • Possible cause of death: a combo of shock, exhaustion, and asphyxiation, and heart failure.
